Fall Term Admissions Procedure
- Call the Admissions Office at the school (503-843-3521) for a pre-enrollment interview.
- Fill out the More Information Form and
e-mail it to the school.
The student and parent should next complete an
enrollment application and send it in to the school Admissions Department
along with copies of the most recent report cards (previous year) and the application
fee. If any standardized test scores are also available, those should be included
as well.
A visit to the campus is then scheduled in order to administer an admissions test
and to conduct initial interviews with parents and the prospective student. Visiting
the campus allows parents to meet faculty and gives potential students a better
feel for the school and student body. A Delphi student will conduct the tour and
can answer questions about the academic program, student life, etc. Visits should
be scheduled on a weekday when school is in session, allowing the visitors to observe
classroom activity, as well as tour the campus.
Enrollment interviews are essential and include both the student and the parents,
separately and together. In cases of international families, interviews can be scheduled
over the telephone. However, a personal visit is still strongly recommended.
