Housing
Boarding students live in dormitories on campus. There are nine dormitories—five
boys' dorms and four girls' dorms. Most rooms are designed for double occupancy,
with access to shared bathrooms. The dormitories are in the main building, except
for the newest one, which has its own lounge/kitchen facility and laundry room.
Furnishings include single beds (often bunked), dressers, desks, shelves and closet
space.
Resident staff live in end units of each dorm to provide a friendly, homey environment
for students. Junior and senior students serve as dorm captains to help students
learn to live and work well together and to create dorm parties and games. Dorm
skit nights are eagerly anticipated. On skit nights, each dorm performs as a unit
and competes against other dorms for prizes.
