Commencement 2006
Audrey Coriou
"Before Delphi, I didn't participate in activities, and I didn't take responsibility
for things outside of my personal life. I couldn't lead a group. I contented myself
with living my life without much interaction with the people around me.
"Coming to Delphi was the best thing that happened to me. At Delphi I learned to
take responsibility for myself and for those around me. I became a leader for others
to follow. I bettered my ethics more than I could have dreamed I would. I can keep
my integrity in. With these tools, I'll be able to survive in the world."

"Delphi saved my life. Through doing the program, I went from not caring where I
was going in life to someone with a purpose and an education to back me up on that
purpose.
"I learned the importance of intention and the willingness to demonstrate my ability.
The knowledge and skills I gained from the program are truly mine; I know I'll use
these treasures throughout my life."

"The literature program is amazing. You start out reading books on a low gradient,
which are the perfect level for you. You then work your way up until you reach books
which are much tougher and in which you actually have to work out ideas. The reading
program was a very big challenge for me. Through Delphi, I learned what it meant
to be able to read and truly understand books. I learned how I could handle and
confront tough materials. In addition, I also learned to look at others' viewpoints
and compare them against my own. I was able to work out new ideas and help develop
my own philosophy in life."
