Commencement 2006

"I've always been an artist and a dreamer, and I've always had sky-high goals—there
were just many things that distracted me from those goals. Some of those things
were misunderstandings in the subjects I was dealing with. Other distractions came
when I desired to be liked and admired more than I desired to do what was right
and ethical. At Delphi I became aware of the difference between the distractions
and doing things that really helped me to achieve my goals.
"Now, I still have my dreams, and I'm more ready than ever to pursue them. But,
I also have all the tools an artist could ever need to create the greatest masterpiece
of all: my life."

"Delphi has enabled me to gain the tools I needed but, not only that, it has enabled
me to see things more clearly, and has shown me how to gain more tools for myself.
"When I enrolled at Delphi I didn't know how long the road was ahead of me—and
I was only thinking of my Delphi road! Using the tools I received, I have been able
to reevaluate my life and my goals, and rethink my purpose: I want to help people
on a large scale.
"Only I have the ability to truly decide what happens in my life. I can make things
happen the way I want, and I can get things done."

"Before coming to Delphi, I was a different person. When I first arrived at Delphi
I was rude to others and hard to work with. I thought integrity was being able to
say I didn't like someone or being able to tell what I thought was wrong about them.
I thought this made me a strong person because I wasn't afraid to be honest. The
only problem was that I was afraid of other people.
"Through the program, I have become truly educated in integrity and ethics. This
technology has saved my life. I have learned to work with other people as a team.
With this Delphi education I have been so lucky to receive, I can honestly say that
I can achieve anything I put my mind to."
