"The biggest gains I had were in leadership and integrity. In my senior year, I did a leadership course that helped me understand certain qualities that make leaders effective. I became more of a leader from participating in Student Council, doing projects and working with the student body.

"When I first came to Delphi, I had trouble being confident in myself and standing up for what I thought was right. I found that my integrity improved as I moved through the program. I was challenged to form my own viewpoints and decide for myself what I believed. That wasn't easy to do, but I've realized how important it is to be able to make my own decisions in life."
