DELPHIAN AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

Help Shape the Future of Delphian

For over 50 years, Delphian families, alumni, and friends have been the school’s greatest ambassadors. In fact, approximately 85–90% of Delphian students enroll because of personal recommendations and word-of-mouth referrals.

The Delphian Ambassador Program was created to recognize and reward with referral awards those who help introduce new families to the school and support Delphian’s continued growth and expansion.

Whether you occasionally share your experience with another family or actively help connect prospective students with Admissions, your support makes a difference.

Who can participate?

The Ambassador Program is open to:

• Current and past Delphian parents
• Alumni
• Friends of the school
• Feeder schools and educational organizations

To qualify for a referral award, an ambassador must directly introduce a new family to Admissions that results in the enrollment of one or more students.

GENERAL AMBASSADOR

General Ambassadors support Delphian through occasional referrals and introductions.

Examples may include:

• Recommending Delphian to another family
• Connecting prospective families with Admissions
• Sharing personal experiences about the school
• Making occasional outreach calls or introductions

General Ambassador Referral Awards

Summer program

• $200 for a 4-week enrollment
• $400 for a 6-week enrollment

School-Year Enrollment

• Standard referral award: $750 per enrolled student
• May increase up to $1,000 based on level of support provided

In some cases involving significant financial aid or scholarship assistance, referral awards may be adjusted to 10% of the tuition paid.

Professional Ambassador (Including feeder schools)

Professional Ambassadors work more closely with Delphian Admissions through ongoing and structured outreach efforts.

Activities may include:

• Regularly referring students
• Hosting admissions events or presentations
• Ongoing communication with prospective families
• Coordinating directly with Admissions
• Supporting long-term enrollment outreach

Professional Ambassador Referral Awards

• 10% of net tuition paid, up to $2,000 per enrolled student, for both summer and school-year 

Professional Ambassador status requires school approval and a formal agreement.

General Ambassadors who become more actively involved may apply to advance to Professional Ambassador status.
