The school provides transportation at no charge on arrival and departure days for students departing from or arriving at the Portland airport before 9:00 PM.

During these days, our airport shuttles are scheduled to depart from the airport about every two hours. If your child must depart or arrive later than 9:00 PM, or on a different day, we will provide the name and phone number of a chauffeur company.

Students are expected to adhere to the scheduled arrival and departure days.

If your child will be traveling as an unaccompanied minor, the school contact at the airport will be either Aurora Romero or Brandon Lidgard, both with the school address. We will need as well, the adult information who will be picking him/her up at his/her return back home, such as name and address as shown on the adult driver's license and cellphone number.
