This year Delphian Middle and Upper School students participated in the Stuff the Bus campaign to support the Yamhill Community Action Partnership.
YCAP is organized to assist low-income neighbors in need in Yamhill County, Oregon to give them hope for a better future.
The Stuff the Bus campaign was held in multiple locations in McMinnville on Friday, December 8th and Saturday, December 9th to fill busses, ambulances and fire engines with food, clothes, toys and money for the community. Grocery Outlet, Walmart, Linfield College, Bi-Mart and Roths all participated in having a bus parked to be filled with donations.
Before the parking lot campaign, Delphian School student Love Davidov held a fundraiser on campus collecting money from students and faculty to donate to YCAP.
During the Stuff the Bus event, Delphian Middle School students volunteered in the Bi-Mart and Roth's parking lots helping to collect donations from shoppers exiting the store. The Delphian choir also sang carols to shoppers entering and exiting the stores.
