When the world went into quarantine two months ago, schools were some of the first institutions to close. At Delphian School we know how much students truly love to learn, and we couldn’t bear the thought of students stuck at home bored out of their minds.
Our teachers wondered if we could help these students stuck at home. We started off on a Friday with one teacher delivering one online class. We were surprised at how many students signed up to learn. The next week we started offering six classes a day, five days a week.
As of this week, Delphian has delivered 230 free online classes to young people around the world. Even more students are now watching the recordings from these classes available on our YouTube channel.
Demand for these online classes has only grown. Many families have told us our online classes have become their children's favorite daily activity. We can't count how many families have asked for more.
We decided that we aren't done yet.
Delphian School is now preparing for a new "season" of online classes to debut this summer. Our next classes will be in an even more interactive format, and at an affordable price that makes the service available to as many families as possible.
We will have fewer courses per week with smaller class sizes so each class can allow more direct work and interaction with our experienced teachers. Students will experience more activities and more opportunities to learn and fully understand the subjects they are studying
To be the first to hear updates or register for our new summer classes, follow Delphian on social media or sign up for our mailing list. We will be sending out advance notification to let you know when registration for our new classes is live through email. See you this summer for more Delphian Online Learning!
